Professional and friendly. I felt heard when explaining my symptoms and found the doctor to be approachable and warm. He clearly knew his subject and I was grateful to hear his opinion and proposed plan of action. Thank you!

I felt listened to, my concerns were taken on board and addressed as much as possible. He took his time to talk me through each procedure he was carrying out and explained it simple terms.

I have been under Mr Ali Al-Lami since the 3rd of February 2022 when I had my first consultation with him for a tonsil lesion and a lump on my neck. On the 3rd of March 2022 I had the lesion removed from my left tonsil. I found Mr Ali Al-Lami very courteous and his knowledge and willingness to explain the procedures relating to my treatment reassured me, The treatment I recieved from Mr Ali Al-lami and his team showed commitment and dedication and was first class. I thank them all. John Pearson
